If I'm only going to try Journal Better once, is this the right time?

If you're only going to give us one try, later would be better than now. Our Alpha Release FAQ explains.

 

How can I get a bit more help on the installation process?

We adhere to standard Windows installation processes, but if the warning messages make you suspicious, maybe our Installation FAQ would help.

 

I've installed JournalBetter, but I don't have a feel for how to use it yet.

It's not exactly clear what you are trying to do here.

Our design hopes to be so simple, it might not even make sense at first. More here in our Design Principles FAQ.

 

Is it reasonable to place my confidence in such a microscopic vendor?
