Don't think about it first, just write what first comes to mind in the Stream View!
Like an artist's notebook, you just write down your thoughts as they occur. The Stream View keeps everything in the same order that you created it in. (unless you add stuff in the middle intentionally)
You can sort your thoughts out later. Who knows what will happen?
They both work the same, except that you want to keep your Stream View for what you're thinking about now. So the Archived Stream View is for when I am looking back over things later.
Normally (see below for the exception) it disappears from the Stream View and appears in the Tag or Docs that you moved it to. It also appears in the Archive View.
If you want to keep content in the Stream View instead of Archiving it when you drop it into a Tag or Doc, hold down the [SHIFT] key when you drag and drop.
Double click on the Tag or Doc in the right hand panel.
Not much, except how you intent to use them. In the future there might be much greater difference, but only if or when we add more normal doc like features such as Fonts, etc.
Right now a Doc is designed just to collect information for a future document. Then when you get it all collected, you can export it, open it up in a word processor or mind map, and get it ready for presentation as you would any document.
Tag and Doc views can be moved around by selecting the blue area at the top of the view and dragging and dropping to other locations, such as at the bottom, side by side, etc.
Stream andLogical Views cannot be moved around.
